We charge fees only based on success so that clients can have a rational business decision whether to hire a candidate or not. We pay our ravens fair compensation and one of the best commissions on the market so they will always put in that extra effort. And we are always free for our candidates. But that is not all. When others are scrounging the internet for profiles in order to bombard their clients with numbers, we make sure to understand the culture and psychology of both sides in order to send more precise matching candidates.

It all started back in 2016 and Kasper Aase was running an IT consultancy company division in Sweden where it had become increasingly hard to recruit over the last decade. Robert Banerjee was the one recruitment consultant that delivered again and again, over a long period of time. Obviously, Robert had a lot higher success rate than all the other’s combined.

After working together on different sides of the negotiation table, as well as both switching into new jobs, they decided to have a series of meetings in Edinburgh and London. After that Kasper and Robert decided to bring their combined skill set and experience together to make up a better way to recruit personnel to Scandinavian companies.

Robert runs the office and the day-to-day operations in Sunderland. With a Psychology background, he is one of the best recruitment agents out there. And he also manages the team and makes sure all our Ravens deliver new candidates to our clients, every day.

Kasper runs all the little things that needs to be done when starting up a new company and makes sure the company has sufficient means for expansion.

  • November 2016

    Robert calls Kasper to sell recruitment services.
  • June 2018

    Founders met in Edinburgh to set the wheels in motion for what would later become Korp Talent.
  • August 2018

    Korp Talent was registered at the Companies House.
  • September 2018

    Korp Talent moved into Hope Street Xchange at Hind Street in Sunderland and started doing business.
  • November 2018

    Managed to make our first placement. We celebrated the occasion with champagne in the office.
  • 2019

    The team expanded and we needed a larger office.
  • 2020

    The pandemic and lockdowns in England was hard on Korp Talent and the team tested their grit. Only two ravens survived the pandemic.
  • 2021

    The year starts with a few fresh faces, the team is back to four people. And with better clients than ever.
